Why have I not been paid for all the bookings I've done?
We urge you to please make sure all bookings are marked as completed to avoid any issues with payment processing and reporting. We have provided multiple reminders and guides, and we want to ensure that your experience with minicabit remains smooth and efficient.
Here’s a recap of the multiple ways we’ve communicated this:
1. Account Activation and Initial Reminder
- When your account went live, we provided information on how to manage your bookings, including the need to mark jobs as completed for them to appear in your statements. this was sent via email with the subject “Account Live”
2. Email Reminders for Unmarked Jobs
- We’ve sent multiple emails reminding you that jobs need to be marked as completed for payment to be processed and for the bookings to be reflected accurately in your statements. The subject for this email is “Was this job completed? [booking reference]”
3. FAQs
- We’ve made the process clear in our FAQs, which provide step-by-step instructions on how to mark jobs as completed. We’ve outlined the simple process multiple times
4. Payment Queries
- If you have received any communication regarding payments for bookings that were not marked as completed, we’ve explained that payments cannot be processed for jobs that haven’t been marked as completed in the system. Once a job is completed, it will then be processed into your minicabit statements.
