What is Trip Tray?
Trip Tray is a way for you to claim additional last minute bookings and can be accepted simply from your minicabit dashboard.
How does it work?
- The Trip Tray shows jobs that are available for your PHO.
- These jobs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the time left to claim them is limited.
What do I need to do?
- Review the Job: Click on the button found in the email to go directly to the Trip Tray section on your PHO Admin or alternatively, click here to be taken to your trip tray.
- Claim the Job: If the job suits your needs, claim it directly from the Trip Tray. Remember, once claimed, you are committed to completing it within the provided terms.
- Be Prompt: Time is of the essence. Each job in the Trip Tray comes with a countdown timer, showing how much time remains before the job is no longer available.
Are there any conditions of acceptance?
- Claiming a job from the Trip Tray commits you to complete it so please do not take it unless you are committed to fulfilling the booking.
- Fines will still apply for rejections (which are likely to be higher), no-shows, failed meet & greet or lateness.
