What happens if the passenger does not show up?
There may be instances where a passenger does not show for a booking.
As per the Terms and Conditions, you must wait according to the wait times in this FAQ before pulling the driver.
What happens if the customer is late or does not show?
How will I be paid for the booking?
- When you mark a booking as Passenger No Show, we will send you a request to provide evidence of:
- GPS tracking to show that you were present including a parking ticket or a photograph of the agreed pick up point
- Screenshots of the text and calls made to the customer.
- This will ensure you are paid if the customer disputes the booking status.
How much will I be paid?
- No shows and late cancellations are compensated under the same terms depending on how far your driver has travelled to the pickup point and payment is dependent on sufficient evidence being received.
- 0 – 2 Miles: There will be no payment.
- 2 – 10 Miles: You will be paid 50% of the journey up to a maximum of £30.
- 10+ Miles: You will be paid 100% of the journey.
- Please note - we cannot compensate cash bookings as we have not collected the money from the customer.
