What are the requirements of being a Top Tier partner with minicabit?
Top Tier partners can fulfil bookings for our VIP customers too and are required to ensure they comply with the following requirements on top of our Airport requirements, found here:
Confirmation Calls
- You will receive confirmation calls from our Operations team to ensure the pickup goes ahead without any issues whatsoever so you must ensure you/your team are able to take these calls.
(IF over time we consistently see zero complaints for your jobs, we can exempt you from these calls).
Update the status of bookings on time
- You must ensure that you update the status of the booking at each stage and on time using either an integrated dispatch system or the minicabit 'Driver View'.
- Driver assigned
- Driver en route
- Passenger on Board
- Job completed
VIP Airport bookings
- Waiting times - If the passenger is late getting out of the arrivals, then the driver must wait for an additional 45 minutes on top of the first 45 minutes.
- If the additional 45 minutes has passed, then either you or the driver must contact our Driver Hotline number on (+441234 978 010) to confirm next steps BEFORE they consider leaving.
- Cannot locate passenger - Likewise if the driver has any difficulty locating the passenger, they must call us on the above Driver Hotline number so we can help.
- Do not take cash! - Under no circumstances should you/your driver charge the customer cash for anything without first consulting us.
- Flight number provided - You must track the flight number and dispatch the driver according to the flight landing time.
- Flight number not provided - You must still send a driver based on the pickup time provided in the booking.
Trip Issues and complaints
- To keep your status as a Top Tier partner, you must ensure that there are no Driver No Show, Lateness, Failed Meet & Greet or other complaints and we recommend you monitor this via the status panel on your minicabit dashboard. https://admin.minicabit.com/trip_issues.php

Fines and penalties
- Complaints, particularly regarding VIP bookings, can significantly impact the reputation of both minicabit and yourself as a provider. Please note that we reserve the right to revoke your status in the event of any complaints.
- Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions, that any booking which is marked incorrectly either via dispatch (if you're fully integrated with minicabit) or via your dashboard, will incur an additional fine.
- If you fail to follow any of the requirements above, your status can be removed.
