When a customer chooses you for their booking and the booking is paid for and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with the heading

In this email will be the booking details including the pick up time and destination and also how the price you'll be paid for the booking and how it was calculated.

From this email you can choose to accept the booking and mark it live.
