Operators must regularly check the ‘Needs Attention’ section on My Dashboard of your admin.minicabit.com portal since we need to know real-time if you’ve picked up the customer and completed the job…or not.
For too long, Cab partners hadn’t updated the booking status so we’d only discover from an angry customer that their Driver was late or didn’t even show up at the pickup point…which can result in them not trusting other Cab partners on minicabit either, an unfair outcome for everyone!
To access, simply log into your dashboard and the bookings which need attention will be visible on the home page.
Click on each booking and select the correct status for the job.
(please note that bookings will continue to flash until the booking is marked as job completed).
