How to manage 'Needs Attention' on the dashboard
What is Needs Attention?
If you are not integrated with a dispatch system, Operators must regularly check the ‘Needs Attention’ section on My Dashboard of your admin.minicabit.com portal as this is where any new jobs will be posted.
We also need to know real-time each stage of the booking including if you’ve picked up the customer (Passenger on Board) and completed the job…or not.
Why is it important?
The status of bookings is important in many ways. Firstly, it helps Operators keep on track with their bookings; it allows us at minicabit to know the status of a booking and avoid check-in calls to request the status.
Failing to keep the dashboard updated regularly can result in unhappy customers and complaints and penalties applied to you.
How do I view Needs Attention?
To access, simply log into your dashboard and the bookings which need attention will be visible on the home page.
Click on each booking and select the correct status for the job.
(please note that bookings will continue to flash until the booking is marked as job completed).
