Generally customers select your quote and book with you based on your rating and how competitive your pricing is. You could also receive a reallocated booking which means the original provider was unable to fulfil the booking so we reallocated the job to you based on your pricing and availability. In some cases, you can receive a top up which is a credit for the difference in price. You will always be paid as per the prices you set up on your account even for reallocated bookings.
