Why have I Not been Paid for a Completed Booking
Marking bookings correctly
A booking must be marked as completed by yourselves via your dashboard for it to be included within your weekly statements. If you do not mark bookings as completed, this will delay payment of these bookings to you as we will not be aware of its status.
Bookings in dispute
Bookings in dispute with a customer, for example, via a customer complaint won't be included or may be in a pending status until an investigation has been carried out and you have not been found to be at fault.
Pending bookings
Any bookings showing as pending on your statement have an issue and you should check your dashboard and any emails you have received from us first, before contacting us.
