How do I update my licence on my minicabit dashboard?

Do I need a licence?

Yes, you need to have a valid Private Hire Operators Licence or Hackney Carriage licence at all times.

As per our Terms & Conditions, when your private hire operators licence is due to expire, you must upload a new copy of your licence.

Failure to do this can result in your account being locked and any existing bookings reallocated with fines to another Provider.

How do I upload my licence to the dashboard?

You can do this by visiting https://admin.minicabit.com/my_account.php?useraction=myaccount, go to Licence & Fleets and click on "Browse" on the operators licence section as shown below. You can then upload your new licence. Once you have done this please press "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
