Your Price Breakdown – PHO Admin

Every booking you receive will have a unique price breakdown which will allow you to see exactly how a fare was calculated. As you know, the price type will be one of the following: PMP (Mileage pricing), PAP (Postcode Area Pricing) or Location pricing (LP). The calculation will always reference your settings when the booking was made. The price breakdown will be displayed underneath every booking on your dashboard and in every confirmation email.

There will be a timestamp of when the price in question was entered for each booking, so you can identify when these changes were made to your pricing.

Any additional compensation such as VIA’s and pickup charges etc will also be displayed in the breakdown

Please note if you have Location prices entered, these prices will override all other prices you have entered on your account so any job (within the areas specified) will be priced as per your Location prices. Similarly, if you only have fixed postcode prices entered, these prices will override your mileage rates so the jobs you receive (providing the jobs are within the postcode areas specified) will be based on the fixed fares you set up.

You may also want to check the following to understand the pricing of jobs:

- Do you have the pickup postcode entered as a Free Pickup Area which means there is no charge for dead mileage on the job?

- Do you have a flash sale set up that has been applied to the booking?

- Is your minimum fare correct?

- Are your vehicle uplifts correct? This is used to calculate the fare for your larger vehicles.

- Is your pickup radius accurate? (Scroll down on your 'My pricing' page inside the dashboard to see)

- Is your cash pickup radius correct? (for cash jobs - scroll down on your 'My pricing' page to see)

- Do you know the mileage on a job is calculated 'as the crow flies'?

- Do you have pickup charges set up on your account for Airport pickups?
