Can't find the customer
The driver should be waiting for the customer inside the terminal with a name board (at the correct meeting point) 30 minutes after the flight has landed for European flights and 60 min for non-European flights. If the driver has waited for 15 minutes and has made attempts to contact the customer and is unable to reach the customer, then you will need to get in touch with us and we'll advise you on the next step accordingly.
