Pickup time much later than flight landing time

If the flight is not delayed or does not arrive early, then you need to adhere to the pickup time on the booking. Please do not assume that the customer requires the cab immediately after the flight has landed as the driver will be left waiting for a lot longer than necessary.

The customer should be met inside the terminal at the exact time they booked.

If there is any uncertainty regarding the pickup time, please contact the customer ahead of time to clarify.
