How do I become Airport Approved?

Becoming Airport Approved allows your company to access all airport jobs. This status is reserved for our most trusted cab partners, and to qualify, you must meet the following conditions:

1) A minimum star rating of 3.8 (typically 4 stars).

2) No instances of drivers not showing up or being late.

3) No rejected bookings that align with your account settings.

4) Consistently use the booking flow, marking jobs as Live, Passenger On Board, and Job Completed within the required times.

Once recognised by our team, your company can qualify for airport transfers, but this is by invitation only, contingent on receiving a signed agreement to comply with airport booking requirements.
