Good practice for airport bookings
- Ensure your driver has the customer's number and is happy to make an international call if needed.
- Ensure your driver is aware of the meet and greet pick up location as specified in the booking and will meet the customer at this pick up point.
- Ensure your driver is aware of the Driver Hotline number to call minicabit if needed (+44 1234 978010).
Tracking the flight
You should be tracking the flight as per normal and the driver should arrive inside the terminal 30 minutes after the new flight landing time for European flights and 60 min for non-European flights.
Please ensure you are monitoring flights ahead of time and if there any issues with the new pickup time, do let us know as soon as possible.
The customers provide flight information, such as the flight number, airport and arrival time, which you can enter into the following websites to get flight tracking. They can also detect minor errors in the flight number, but you should cross-check the possible flight numbers with the airport and the arrival time:
NOTE: Please keep an eye on code-shared flight numbers. Some flights may be operated by two airlines, meaning that the same flight can have two flight numbers.
