Bookings are created in your Autocab system through the Cab Exchange system. Accounts for minicabit prepaid and cash bookings are created by the connections team.
You will still need to login to your minicabit account to manage your pricing and availability, along with pausing your account at peak periods.
Bookings will be created in your Autocab dispatch system automatically, and marked live once created. Jobs will go through the booking flow as per normal and will automatically be marked by Autocab for you.
Pricing is entered into both the driver and customer fields and is the net amount that minicabit is paying you for the booking (prepaid work) and it will be the full amount in the event of cash bookings. Bookings are created on the relevant minicabit account within Autocab.
In the event of a Customer No Show please use No Job option and DO NOT cancel the booking in your Autocab dispatch system.
If a booking should fail integration we will send you an email you to notify you. Please double check first to see if the booking has gone through to your Autocab system, if not please enter the booking manually unto your dispatch system and you will have to mark the booking live either through our dashboard or the confirmation email. You will also receive a call from us to confirm this has been done.
Once integrated there are a few things to bear in mind which can stop a booking being created in Autocab:
- If you have booking limits set for zones this will stop any integrated bookings being created
- If you turn off or pause Cab Exchange bookings
