With minicabit, you can control how many vehicles you want to make available to take jobs via our platform in any one hour on a particular day. The number of vehicles you enter will dictate the maximum number of jobs you can receive in any one hour from minicabit simultaneously. For example, if you have entered 5 x 4-passenger vehicles, your quotes will stop appearing for searches requiring 4-passenger vehicles when you have 5 bookings to be completed at that same time 1-hour slot for the same day.
To set your vehicle availability, you will need to go to the My Availability page here. To get to this page from your minicabit dashboard, go to My Availability.

As seen below, you can quickly set weekly availability by entering a value in ‘MO’ and checking the ‘Same no. of cars every day, based on Monday’s value’ box. The remaining columns will pre-populate with that value.

As seen below, if you want to set different car availability for different days, you can manually enter the values.

You are required to complete all minicabit bookings you receive as they are based on the pricing and availability you have set on your admin.minicabit.com account. Therefore it is important that you always keep your vehicle availability settings updated. By adding vehicle availability on this table, you are accepting responsibility for the bookings you subsequently receive.
If you set your vehicle numbers to ‘0’, your quotes will not appear on our website and app for searches relating to that vehicle type on that particular day of the week, for all such days in the future e.g. adding zero availability for a Thursday means you are blocking the ability to get bookings for ALL Thursdays in the future! Therefore, adding zero availability should only be used as a last resort when you have no cars available to take further bookings – instead, pausing your account for up to 6 hours at a time is a more feasible alternative.
