As mentioned in the “My Pricing” section, there are penalties that minicabit will levy in certain situations to ensure the smooth running of all bookings. You can find a list of these penalties below.
Please note, rejecting jobs will usually result in a charge as there is a cost associated with reallocating a booking to another provider, being that your price will likely differ from the new provider's prices. The same goes for lateness because the customers will have to be compensated for the lateness of the driver.
Rather than apply these charges, we would much prefer you to complete each booking. Every booking is based on your individual account settings, and if you have no availability at certain times can be reflected in your “My availability” vehicle table, or by pausing your account to prevent any bookings coming in at these points.
