As mentioned in the “My Pricing” section, there are charges that minicabit will levy in certain situations to ensure the smooth running of all bookings. You can find a list of these charges below.
Rather than apply these charges, we would much prefer you to complete each booking. Every booking is based on your individual account settings, and if you have no availability at certain times can be reflected in your “My availability” vehicle table, or by pausing your account to prevent any bookings coming in at these points.
Similarly, if your pricing doesn’t seem quite right, you can adjust your mileage rates and fixed pricing at any point, so the power is in your hands!
