Driver view - Updating the status of the booking
How does it work?
- Drivers will need to update the status of the booking by clicking on the UPDATE STATUS button.
What statuses do they need to provide?
- There are different statuses which will need to be completed:
- I am on my way to pickup and on time
- I have arrived at pickup
- Passenger on board
- I have completed drop off
- Please click here to view the statuses as they will appear on the mobile device.
Are there any instructions included?
- For each status change, there are different driver instructions, an example is shown below.
- If the driver needs help with locating the customer or has any other issues while enroute, they can call our Driver Hotline directly or be directed to live chat by clicking on the buttons as shown.
What if the driver is running late?
- If on the rare occasion the driver is running late, there are additional statuses they must use before selecting I have arrived at pickup point.

What if the driver cannot complete the booking?
- There are also statuses of Passenger no Show or I have not completed drop off and the Driver Instructions for these direct them to contact their Cab Provider and you can view these statuses here.
Why can't they mark job completed?
- As the Cab Provider has to provide the final confirmation of the booking outcome, drivers will not be able to mark any booking as job completed.
