What if the customer requests a Child Seat?
When a customer requests for a child seat, this will be included under the luggage details as part of the booking info. If ever you charge an additional fee for the use of a child seat, then you need to contact the customer as soon as the booking has come through and notify them of this fee. Any fee you both agree to must be settled entirely between you and the customer – minicabit does not collect such fees.
If your cab firm does not have a child seat, it is vital you call/email the customer and email minicabit immediately so that we may reallocate the booking to another Cab Operator.
