There are times when a booking can be marked as 'Pending' this is usually due to the outcome of the job being:
- Unconfirmed (as our booking confirmation flow has not been used to confirm if the job was ‘complete’ or not)
- Disputed between you and the customer due to a service complaint being raised by either party
- Marked as 'passenger no show'
In these cases our team must double check the circumstances around this booking so it will be marked as 'Pending'. It will not be added to your statement until the outcome has been confirmed, after which they will be marked as 'To be Paid' and added to your next statement run.
