My account is active but I'm not showing up on the minicabit booking platform?
Once your account is officially activated by the minicabit team, it is likely your account settings are restricting your appearance in our search results. We suggest that you make sure that when searching for your operator’s quotes for a relevant route that you check the following settings:
1)Your minimum notice period per vehicle type
2) Your operating hours
3) Your coverage area i.e. the radius of miles around your office base which you would pickup and dropoff
4) Your pricing and minimum fare.
If after taking all this into account you are still not appearing in results then please email admininfo@minicabit.com and we will investigate further.
