Correctly marking a booking as completed
Marking as Passenger on Board - You must update the booking as Passenger on Board at pickup time as soon as the driver has collected the passenger.
Marking as job completed - This must be marked as soon you have completed the dropoff. This step will only be possible if you’ve first updated the POB status above.
The booking is set to 'lock' shortly after drop off. Therefore if you cannot update the booking to these statuses, this means you will need to email admininfo@minicabit.com for us to manually complete these bookings for you, which may delay your payment.
Ultimately, it's best practice for you to update bookings as soon as possible to avoid possible delays to payment.
