Why have I received a penalty?
Please be aware that you may incur a penalty or fine if you intentionally misuse the minicabit platform or display poor operational performance for minicabit bookings. Please find a list of penalties below.
If you wish to dispute a penalty or fine, please email admininfo@minicabit.com with the following:
- Booking reference
- Evidence to support your claim such as GPS tracking to confirm the driver arrived at the pick up/drop off point; photographic confirmation. Without sufficient evidence, we may not be able to reverse fines.
