The customer has the option of changing their time through their minicabit account, however, this does take into account your availability. So the customer is only able to amend the pickup time if your availability settings permit them to do so. Once this has been actioned, you will get a new confirmation email confirming the new time/date that it has been changed to.
If the customer contacts you directly to change the pickup time, you will need to advise them that they can do that through their account or by contacting minicabit directly. We will then amend the pickup time for the customer.
